Min Cho serves as chief format concepts and design officer at Walgreens. In this role, he is responsible for leading new innovative store design and architecture which embraces creativity and functionality to put Walgreens customers, patients and team members at the center. Cho plays a vital role in developing how to bring our brand and values to life in our physical store spaces.

Most recently, Cho served as the vice present of global concepts in the growth and concepts organization at Starbucks, where he led the innovation for brand experience strategy for customers and employees, store design and construction, among other responsibilities to support the existing store portfolio and new stores. Prior to that, Cho gained extensive experience in architecture and design working for Nordstrom.

Cho received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley along with his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Janis.
