As chief marketing officer, Peters uses her customer and brand expertise to lead and provide oversight for the visioning, strategic direction, and performance of all marketing inclusive of brand, creative, customer marketing, and go to market strategy and execution to support the continued digital transformation of the company.
Peters is a modern marketing leader whose foundation in loyalty provides her both a strong data orientation and an ability to build brands based on a deep understanding of consumer needs. She has deep expertise in helping to steer complex and rapidly evolving business through high growth and transformation to uplevel brands, create revenue generating strategies and deliver innovation that creates meaningful improvements in customer experience.
Most recently, she served as global chief marketing officer at Calvin Klein, where she focused on improving the brand’s connection to consumers on a global scale across all digital and physical channels, as well as directing all marketing, branding and customer experience efforts. Before joining Calvin Klein, she held leadership positions at Starbucks, Ulta Beauty, SpartanNash and Target.
Peters graduated from The University of Minnesota with a B.A. in public relations and advertising and received her MBA from The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
She currently serves on the AYO Foods Advisory Board and MMA’s North America Board of Directors. Peters has been named one of Business Insider’s 2021 CMO’s to Watch and Brand Innovators’ Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing.
