She joined the company in 1974 as an attorney in employee relations, then became director of that department before being promoted to divisional vice president of employee relations in 1998. She was named corporate vice president - human resources in 2000 and promoted to senior vice president in 2004. She was named to her current position in 2005. Green earned a B.A. in english in 1971 and a law degree in 1974, both from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and a master's of law in taxation from DePaul University, Chicago, in 1990.
